Your new company are a rapidly-growing and ambitious food company that are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead their talented night shift team.

Your new role
As production supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production processes. You’ll oversee a small team of 6 to 8 employees, guiding them through weighing, mixing, and baking processes. You’ll maintain high standards by monitoring product quality and promptly addressing any issues, reporting to the Production Manager. You will also be responsible for accurate record-keeping, ensuring that all production-related documentation is complete and up-to-date.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in food production with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward success. You should have strong attention to detail and be a problem solver, as quick thinking and adaptability are key.

What you'll get in return
As Production Supervisor, you will be a key part of the night shift team. Hours of work will be 9:45pm to 7am Sunday to Thursday. You will earn a salary between £30-33k depending on experience, and you will receive benefits such as company pension, employee discount, and free parking.
