Production Team Leader/Supervisor

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a UK leading upvc and aluminium window and door manufacturer based in Yorkshire, who are looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor or Team Leader to join their team. The right candidate with have recent / current experience as a Production Supervisor/ Team Leader / Senior Fabricator within the window and door industry.

• Manage, motivate, supervise and support your team
• Implement behavioral safety and standard operating procedures
• Oversee and coordinate daily production activities
• Ensure production targets are met within the specified time frame
• Train and supervise production staff

The candidate:

• Have a background within the aluminium window and door fabrication within the UK
• Previous experience as a production supervisor or team leader
• Be able to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communications skills
• Be able to work under pressure
• Must currently reside in the UK
