Salary- £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience PLUS shift allowances [10% of basic for morning and 25% for afternoon shifts] - works out to £35,400 - £37,760 per annum before overtime!
- Monday - Friday
- Each working week consists of 4 shifts of 8 hours and one of 5 hours. Currently, the shifts are Early (starting at 06:00hrs) and Afternoon (starting at 14:00hrs).

About the job
- Work on the assembly build of high-tech, cutting edge products
- Build systems, sub-assemblies and piece parts for complex systems
- Ensure that the requirements of the BOM and the customer specification are achieved
- Identify and resolve build problems
- Report technical issues and record using the FRACAS process
- Set an example of the highest level of build cleanliness, house keeping and Health and Safety issues within the build areas, and support and promote 5S initiatives

The right candidate
- Time served Electrical apprenticeship or City and Guilds part 3, or HND, HNC, or BTech level 3
- Detailed wiring skills to precision level, including lead free soldering
- Confident panel wiring to schematics
- Able to read electrical drawings
- Able to fault find and implement corrective action
- Good communication skills.
