Organon is hiring a Productivity Manager (12 months FTC) to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. In this role, you will be the primary contact for the improvement team on site.  As the Productivity Manager, you will work across the site to develop improvement skills and capabilities.

You will be part of the Transformation team, which is a projects-based team that includes the site Productivity improvement as well as learning and development. 

The site is at an exciting point in its history and productivity is essential in our ongoing running of the business, including renewing production assets and supporting new product introductions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation of Productivity / improvement activities across the site.
  • Developing and driving adoption of standardised work in all parts of the business.
  • Coaching and influencing at all levels of the business in improvement techniques.
  • 8 Step problem solving and coaching.
  • Key part of building site wide productivity and improvement capability and sharing best practices.
  • Work with business to develop hopper of CI opportunities through proactive go see and reactive opportunities identified in Tier process.
  • Daily problem-solving activities aligned to strategic direction and delivering KPIs.
  • Key resource to support Hoshin activities.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry.
  • Practical Lean Knowledge experience.  
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Track record of managing, coaching and developing talent.
  • Thrives on new challenges and is motivated by new learning opportunities.
