Professional Conduct Paralegal

We are recruiting for a Professional Conduct Paralegal to join an award-winning commercial law firm, with offices across Yorkshire who are committed to providing high quality legal advice and representation.

Joining the firm, you will be an integral part of upholding the highest standards of Professional Conduct. As a Professional Conduct Paralegal, you'll play a crucial role in upholding ethical amongst regulated professionals. You'll work closely with the firm's lawyers, assisting them in maintaining compliance with Professional Conduct rules, and ensuring the highest level of integrity.

Day to day, you will be assisting with preparing legal documents and conducting thorough investigations, responsible for assisting lawyers in maintaining ethical standards, ensuring compliance, and providing support during trials and hearings.

To be considered, you will have experience as a paralegal, strong knowledge of legal ethics and Professional Conduct rules, excellent analytical skills, and a high attention to detail.
