Professional Negligence Solicitor - Manchester
A multi-disciplinary law firm is currently seeking a Professional Negligence Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive/experienced Litigation Executive to join its team in Manchester.
The role will involve running a case-load of claimant Professional Negligence claims, largely, including claims against Solicitors other legal professionals.
Previous Professional Negligence litigation experience is essential. Ideally, this will be from a claimant background, although applications are invited from lawyers with backgrounds in defendant professional indemnity work.
The successful candidate will be self-sufficient in their work, have the ability to adopt a commercial approach, and be a strong team player.
Salary is very much dependent on experience.
