Job description
Care first, part Priory's Wellbeing Services business, is a leading Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider delivering a range of workplace wellbeing and counselling services to employees of public and private sector organisations across the UK including a 24/7 helpline, structured counselling, critical incident response, workplace mediation, Professional Support and mental health training.
This is a part-time (15 hours/week) role either based at Care first's Head Office in Gloucester or working remotely.
The Professional Support Counsellor will provide regular Professional Support sessions via telephone or video to employees of a customer organisation, and will also need to work closely with the Clinical Management Team and Administration Team in managing their work.
In addition to a Diploma in Counselling/Psychotherapy and accreditation from a recognised professional body, the successful candidate will also have qualifications and substantial experience of delivering clinical supervision / Professional Support in an organisational context.
