Job Title: Programme Communications Manager - Nike UK

Location: Based between Kettering and London (must also be happy to travel between Belgium and Netherlands)

Salary: £35.09 per hour (weekly pay)

Contract Details: Temporary, 6-month contract (first week of the month will be based in Kettering and 3rd week of the month will be based in London)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9 am till 5 pm (Hybrid)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

On behalf of our client, Nike UK, we are seeking a Programme Communications Manager to join their team.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As the Programme Communications Manager, you will develop and implement the communication strategy and plan to engage internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing the UK communications strategy for internal and external stakeholders.

* Managing the UK communications agenda, from planning to execution, including storytelling, material development, milestone events, and agency management.

* Collaborating with different teams within our client's organisation to ensure coherence in the UK approach and messaging.

* Creating content that enables employee engagement and culture change.

* Acting as a trusted communications partner to internal and external stakeholders.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

Reporting into the Transition & Legacy Director, you will closely collaborate with a cross-functional group of colleagues within and outside of the programme team. Additionally, you will work closely with the EMEA Supply Chain Communications Team and other EMEA Communications teammates.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

To be successful in this role, you should have:

* Significant experience in developing and implementing communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.

* Expertise in crafting innovative content and inspirational key messages.

* Ability to plan and execute milestone events, leveraging existing forums and channels when appropriate.

* Experience building brand identity and creating multimedia branding assets.

* Proven change/transformation communication management expertise.

* A creative mindset and a passion for engaging others through impactful communications.

* A team player mentality, thriving on collaboration and co-creation to achieve successful results.

* A love for breaking barriers through the power of sport.
