Our client is seeking an experienced Program Director who has the drive and desire to be part of a dynamic and passionate business.
Supported by a very successful sister company, this is an opportunity for a Program Director to manage multiple teams including a software development team, driving the business forward by fostering relationships and making a significant impact in a fast-paced industry.
For the successful individual, this role will contribute to shaping the company’s future direction, being involved with operational and strategic decisions – and influencing key decisions.

Key Responsibilities for Program Director:
- Develop, nurture, and grow partnerships and relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of the company's services.
- Be a strategic leader. Own the management of a key team and inspire and mentor them, providing clear direction and focus.
- Have a continuous improvement focus throughout
- Completely oversee the program execution – working towards all milestones with confidence
- Budgeting within the Program, providing clear financial strategies.
- Manage multiple teams, including a global development team. You will be technically competent in software, being able to engage with C-Suite – having an ability to confidently communicate technically with the development team.
Key experience for Program Director:
- Strong leadership experience having managed multiple teams including a development team, you need to be able to communicate both technically and commercially driving collaboration.
- Excellent business and commercial acumen
- Astute, strategic, and goal-driven
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Technical aptitude
- Previous program delivery experience
- Ideally will have worked with Software as a service previously.
