SalaryYou will manage the entire life-cycle of projects from concept to delivery in a small team where you will oversee various projects within New Product Introduction. The ideal candidate will need to come from a manufacturing environment, working in a high-tech engineering industry.
This role will fall under the Operations department, where you will work on a wide range of projects from NPI to improving current legacy products. The company are open to changing current methods, and there is not much red tape, allowing you to mould the role around your skillset.
The ideal candidate will have a technical background in either Electronics, Physics, Mechanical or equivalent. There is a hybrid working model where you can work in the office three times per week and the rest from home.
This role is looking for the following:
- Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Manufacturing.
- Experience in Project Management within high-tech products.
