Duration: FTC until 31 March 2025 About the Role This role will support the WMG SME (Small and Medium Sized Enterprise) Group in developing and delivering its strategy. A genuine interest in helping SME businesses grow through de-risking and accelerating innovation. Working to build collaborative relationships between UK manufacturing Industry and the University you will support the management and delivery of WMG’s highly successful SME support programme and provide support for developing wider industry and University collaboration initiatives. We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.   About You  You will be a confident individual with a “can do” attitude and a flexible approach to tasks and be able to prioritise your own workload to meet business needs. You will be highly organised and a self-starter who can engage professionally with external partners (industrial, public sector and other Universities) as well as internal stakeholder and academics. As an effective communicator you will have the ability to naturally build relationships and trust and have proven experience of delivering/managing projects within a busy environment. Experienced in Microsoft Excel and data analysis with a high level of attention to detail.
