What you'll be doing

We are looking for a Programme Administrator to assist our development team and provide administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of New Homes into management

  • Manage the collation, recording and communication of property information following the handover of new units.
  • Lead on the maintenance and provision of analysis for projects and individual new home property information using SDS Sequel, Open Housing and other data management systems at CHP.
  • Lead in the monitoring and maintenance of property records and contract documents, including Title and Land Registration information to ensure all documentation is received and is accurate, liaising with a range of internal and external customers.
  • Co-ordinate the ‘signing and sealing' of development contracts.
  • Monitor and analyse the recording of defects throughout the defect liability period.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Good standard of secondary education with a high level of literacy, numeracy and IT proficiency.
  • Excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
