, This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking and experienced Programme Coordinator to join the Public Health Wales Tobacco Control Programme team., , We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who is exceptionally organised, and has significant demonstrable experience of project management and the ability to spin many plates and handle multiple simultaneous projects., , The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders, all while ensuring outcomes are delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget, , The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply., , The post is offered on a full time, permanent basis., , Why not get in touch for an informal discussion?, , Main duties of the job:, , You will be joining a team that works on an extensive Tobacco Control Programme within the Health Improvement Directorate of PHW. You will provide expertise and capacity to co-ordinate the implementation of a portfolio of health improvement projects, within the Tobacco Control Work Programme, to agreed timescales, quality and budget., , The Programme Coordinator will work closely alongside Senior Managers in the Health Improvement Division on a range of strategic and operational programmes and projects to address objectives in the organisation and Divisional work plans., , The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and reviewing successful systems and processes to co-ordinate a diverse range of projects involving multiple stakeholders., , If you are highly motivated with a strong background in project co-ordination and delivery, who shares our value of working together to make a difference, then we welcome your application.
