The Opportunity:

Our School of Psychology has grown significantly over the last 4 years and our journey continues. Our focus is on developing students in both discipline knowledge and applied skills to make them employer ready when they graduate. This programme is part of this growth.
You will lead, develop and monitor the programme, ensuring high levels of student outcomes, and work with other team members within the school and the wider university to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the programme. You will have professional and academic responsibility for ensuring that the programme meets the BPS standards and maintaining the accreditation of the programme. You will also be involved in teaching.
About You:
You will need to be, or be eligible to be, a Chartered Psychologist with the BPS, as well as having a significant and successful track record of teaching, learning and assessment practice, and experience of assessment processes at different HE levels. You will also need to have knowledge and experience of reviewing, modifying, developing and enhancing curriculum and programmes, and experience of enhancing student satisfaction and outcomes.
