About the role
The faculty of Enterprise studies are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Programme Leader of Business and Travel and Tourism to join the well - established team. This is a fast - paced and diverse role, in which you will work closely with the Head of Area to provide high quality teaching and support.
Other duties will include:
Planning, marking and assessment
Recruitment of learners onto programmes
Provide high quality guidance and pastoral support
Maintain effective management of learners' programmes of study
Track learners progress from pre - entry assessments
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong organisational skills.
Candidates should also have:
Teaching Qualification
Level 4 or above qualifications in Business or Travel and Tourism
Experience of analysing data and writing reports
ICT competency
