Change-IT are looking for a Telecoms Programme Manager to join a central government organisation based in Southampton.
This role is for 6 months initially, with an option to extend. This role is INSIDE IR35, with a daily rate up to £800 based on experience.
Experience Required/Duties:
- SC Clearance is essential for this role
- Previous Experience working within Central Government
- Experience with Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN)
- Expert in Telephony and Data Services
- Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
- Experience in keeping projects within budget
- Procurement and Contract Management
- Experience of preparing documentation and reporting throughout a project lifecycle
