Role purpose:
The Data Centre consolidation team is working with Microsoft to accelerate our digital transformation to the cloud through Microsoft Azure. As an active member of the team, the successful candidate will be working across Vodafone Group and the local markets to provide guidance and direction to the people change management initiative. They will be the main contact to liaise between Microsoft ACM and the business. They will also be leading on change activities after the engagement.
This will include collaborating with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to build a communications plan, advising on change management approach for the IT organisation, creating organisational awareness, defining an adoption strategy & plan incorporating targeted objectives and key results.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Work with Microsoft and Vodafone stakeholders to build and develop the overall business people change management strategy and plan
- Build and maintain professional relationships with all external and internal stakeholders to drive the implementation of the DC Consolidation change management programme’s strategy
- Analyse each work stream detail with the respective project managers to ensure the objectives will be met and phased plans are put in place
- Ensure identified risks and issues are mitigated to ensure on-time delivery of products
