Job title: Business Support Coordinator – Part Time
Location: Bishopton
Salary: £11,666+ depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing operational business and facilities support
- Co-ordinating and facilitating the monthly Operations review meetings including action management
- General office management including ordering of office supplies, PPE equipment, catering, etc.
- Maintain and co-ordinate the Community Contact Register
- Raising purchase orders and subsequent management of purchase orders
- Responsibility for the collation of data
- Responsible for the organisation and storing of online / digital filing i.e Sharepoint
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Previous admin / office experience
- Knowledge of purchase orders, raising, invoicing etc.
- Document control experience, managing and organising digital files (Sharepoint)
- Experience minute taking
Desirable
- Experience providing administrative support in a construction/project management environment

The regeneration of the former ROF Bishopton site to a mixed-use development is one of the largest brown-field development projects in the UK.
