Location: Reading (one day a week onsite)

Description:

• Manage and provide support for the development of Programme schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring the delivery of clear, timely, and accurate information to Project Management, the Project Board, and relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee and enhance project program reporting outputs, aligning with project and portfolio management requirements. Ensure the precision of all program reporting.
• Play a key role in Schedule Risk Analysis, utilizing What-if scenario planning and quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis tools.
• Elevate the visibility of the project program within the project team, keeping key stakeholders informed about the current program position and the critical interfaces and impacts related to their scopes. Ensure comprehensive understanding of the project critical path and near-critical path activities, emphasizing the commercial implications of schedule changes to the team.
• Bring in expertise in Renewables, specifically in Wind, Solar, and Battery, as it is a required aspect of the role.
• Preference given to candidates with Line Manager experience.
• Spearhead continuous improvements in the Planning function's working methods, both within the project and across the broader enterprise business.
