Progress Coach Apprentices

Role: Progress Coach (Apprentices)
Location: Lancashire
Rate: £14 - £18 per hour
Type Temporary (29.6 hours per week)
Eden Brown are currently looking for an enthusiastic Progress Coach on behalf of a leading Further Education college in Lancashire
This is a 3 month temporary role to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.
The purpose of this role is to provide pastoral care, educational and careers guidance and support to a case load of learners on the Study programmes, to ensure they are positively engaged with the learning journey.
The successful candidate will:
* Assist with the creation of an individualised training plan for Apprentices in the workplace
* Monitor and support apprentices with the recording of off the job training, and assist in their progress
To apply for this role you must have:
* Proficient record keeping and organisational skills
* Knowledge of apprenticeship position (Beneficial)
* Ability to complete work to deadlines and effectively manage a workload
* Experience of liaison, advocacy and collaborative working
* Experience in working with learners on a 1-2-1 basis and in groups
* Experience of coaching and motivating learners of different ages and abilities
* Own transport as this will be visiting learners in the workplace
An enhanced DBS will also be needed for this role.
