We have an exciting an new opportunity for a Graduate French speaking (ideally native) Graduate Project/ Account Manager to join this international events and exhibitions company, working from the UK on an international basis.  Even better, the successful candidate will be working with some fantastic big names from a range of areas of business.

We are ideally looking for a native French speaking candidate who can speak and write fluently in French and understands first hand their culture with an interest or even experience within the exhibitions and events industry.  The successful candidate will be a confident and articulate individual with  experienced & confident an abundance of creative flair, which will be needed when engaging with clients across the UK and internationally on behalf of the business. This is a fantastic company to be part of this forward thinking business and there is ample opportunity to grow and develop. There may also be the chance for international travel to meet with client requirements, therefore potential candidates will need to be able to travel internationally without restriction.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Continually managing the clients projects whist maintaining excellent account management.
• Maintain and develop a strong understanding of clients’ products, services, exhibition practices, workflow procedures and ongoing marketing goals.
  Coordinate activities of the businesses 3rd party vendors and clients outside agencies.
  Put together with assistance, detailed project cost proposals and present to clients.
  Travel to show venue to support construction, fulfil client requirements for show-site support through to dismantling as required.
• Support the businesses 3rd party production, show service and logistics details prior to the show including coordinating Design, Estimating, Project Management, Transportation etc. to ensure budgets, time frames are achieved.

Experience Required

• A background in the exhibitions/ live events/ events/ experiential or conferences etc. would be of great benefit, as well as an understanding of design principles.
• Strong Account Management experience with excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management
• Superior communication and presentation skills specifically in French (written and verbal)
• A hands on first hand experience of living in the French culture preferred.
