Project Administrator, Part time 3 days per week, Wigan, up to £25k pro rataAn opportunity has arisen with this leading, reputable organisation who offer energy efficient services to businesses. Due to growth and continuous success they are seeking a highly organised, methodical and hardworking individual to join their busy fast paced team environment.Duties will include;
- Liaising with clients daily to update on work progression via email and telephone.
- Processing sales orders and produce quotations
- Managing assigned engineers and sub-contractors, maintaining excellent communication throughout
- Liaising with finance to raise invoices for jobs
- Raising purchase orders for equipment required for jobs
- Tracking audits, liaise with clients to gather information, and ensure compliance
- Be open to gain knowledge of sustainable certifications and industry standards
