Project Administrator, Bath

Are you looking for a new role to start immediately as a PART-TIME Project Administrator?

We are delighted to be working with one of Bath’s well know businesses in their search for an Administrator.

This role is temporary for 4 months to start on the 15th July until 14th November.

21.9 hours

£29,000 pro rata, £15.28 per hour

Hybrid

Working within a small admin team your role is to be the pivotal Administration function in the office. Your role will be highly varied and involved.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Creating timetable web pages
• Taking timetable requests on Excel spreadsheets and turning them into a webpage using their content management system (CMS) onto their website
• Reviewing and updating content for webpages
• Using the department calendar
• Supporting campaigns including creation and design of physical materials
• Drafting and publishing copy for internal news items
• Collating and analysing data
• Providing event support including planning, delivery and communication with all stakeholders
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by the line manager

The ideal candidate should:

• Have experience of managing people and coordinating projects
• Have outstanding written and verbal skills
• Have Digital capability – use of digital tools
• Possess Problem solving skills
• Be self motivated
