We are delighted to be working with one of Bath’s well know businesses in their search for an Administrator.
This role is temporary for 4 months to start on the 15th July until 14th November.
21.9 hours
£29,000 pro rata, £15.28 per hour

Working within a small admin team your role is to be the pivotal Administration function in the office. Your role will be highly varied and involved.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Creating timetable web pages
- Taking timetable requests on Excel spreadsheets and turning them into a webpage using their content management system (CMS) onto their website
- Reviewing and updating content for webpages
- Using the department calendar
- Supporting campaigns including creation and design of physical materials
- Drafting and publishing copy for internal news items
- Collating and analysing data
- Providing event support including planning, delivery and communication with all stakeholders
- Any other ad hoc duties as required by the line manager
The ideal candidate should:
- Have experience of managing people and coordinating projects
- Have outstanding written and verbal skills
- Have Digital capability – use of digital tools
- Possess Problem solving skills
- Be self motivated
