This is an opportunity not to be missed! We have an exciting exclusive piece of recruitment for a Project Administrator with a start up company in Ilkley who are ready to expand due to continued success of the business. They are a small and lovely team who work closely together to offer and excellent level of support to eligible customers within the green energy sector. We are looking for motivated and resilient candidates who are keen to work within a flexible environment where they will get to be involved in all areas of the business.

Joining this business will allow variety, and whilst you will be provided with full training and ongoing support from the whole team, they need someone who has the ability to get stuck in and work relatively autonomously. In return you will get 25 days holiday (& bank holidays), potential for hybrid working options, and the chance to join an exciting company within the green energy sector!

Your Responsibilities as a Project Administrator:

  • Communicating with subcontractors, the internal team, and external partners to ensure all information is received and accurate.
  • Writing reports including accurate evidence and documentation.
  • Being a key point of contact and responding to queries and actioning any requests for information needed.
  • Ensuring accuracy of data inputted onto the system and full compliance in procedures.
  • Working closely with all of the team to offer support in all areas of the business, being flexible to jump on a variety of tasks when needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent administration and coordination skills with the ability to work within a busy environment.
  • Prioritisation and time management come naturally to you.
  • A positive and can-do attitude, keen to succeed and be involved.
  • Critical to the success of the role is organisation, an eye for detail, and strong IT skills.
  • A varierty of background and experience can be suitable for this role, from a strong graduate with some internship experience to an experienced project manager ready for a new challenge.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Excel.
  • Proactive approach, not afraid to chase information where needed and communicate over the phone, email and text if needed.

The selected candidate will play an integral part in the growth of the company during their expansion moving forward. This person will need a drive for development and growth, and be open to the fact that their responsibilities and involvement could change over time depending on the business needs. Everyone gets stuck in!
