Principal job duties / main tasks The post holder will be required to plan, support, facilitate and monitor progress of designated workstreams, reporting progress and exceptions to the Programme and other stakeholders as required. The post holder will be expected to lead engagement with a wide range of stakeholders from communities. The post holder will be expected to engage relevant stakeholders across the Health and Care Partnership in all aspects of the role. To be responsible for a high standard of work supporting the delivery of projects on time, to quality standards and in a cost-effective manner. Maintain and update all project documentation with regular reporting to monitor progress and resources to a range of forums and partners. To consider the impact of any change the projects will have on the system and support wide engagement across the system to secure full ownership and buy-in. To ensure the flexibility of the project, if required to meet conflicting/changing requirements Day to day line management of project team members as required. The role supports the Health Care Partnership and Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board in driving transformation as well as value for money.
