This reputable practice work across the residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial and MOD sectors offering a complete project service from design to project completion operating on RIBA Stages 3-5. Their reputation for not only being able to produce designs and specification but also project manage and deliver to a high standard has led to their growth in the industry and repeat clientele. Operating across the South up to Warwickshire they are looking to continue building on their client base and growth in the business and are now looking for a Project Architect to join the team.

In this role you will be based from the office located in Zone 2 South West London where you will sit within a collaborative team working on your own projects across RIBA stages 3-5. There are a variety of projects but initially you will work on residential schemes where you will create design proposals, planning applications, technical specifications, tender packages and detailed drawings. There is an element of project managing in which you will liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders. You will produce project programmes and may need to attend site to support in appraisals and site inspections.

This role is suited to a motivated Project Architect looking for autonomy and the opportunity to run their own projects, collaborate with all disciplines and progress their career. You will need to be proficient with CAD or REVIT, have a strong technical knowledge, proactive attitude and ability to be both independent and collaborative.
