Duties:
- Planning and organisation of Her Game Her Story symposium at Bath Spa University including room bookings, expert liaison, admin as necessary.
- Assisting in curating content for online platform, liaising with Indian researchers
- Coordinate with Project Associate at Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India as required
- Writing and compiling paperwork for project outcomes
- Research contributors and experts to be consulted, interview and arrange filming of interviews where necessary
- Sourcing guests for symposium
- Managing social media channels for research project adhering to protocols
- Coordinating with Post Award Admin Team and Post Award and International Grants Manager, Research Support Office, as required.
Skills Required
- Interest in the development of Womens’ Sports
- Creative and good collaborative skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Self motivation, initiative and independent thought/working
- Problem solving skills including a flexible and pragmatic approach

Additional Information
Contract: 38 days.
Grade 6 - £16.76 - £18.67 per hour
Work pattern: 2 - 4 days/ week as required.
