Are you a Chemist with bespoke Lab experience looking for a technically challenging and varied role where no two days are the same within a specialist fertiliser manufacturer who pride themselves on their family culture and progression of staff, in a role offering the opportunity to have a direct impact on the development of future products and processes and ongoing progression?

This company are a market leader in manufacture of Fertilisers for a broad and growing client base across numerous industries and countries, since their establishment in 1998 they have grown to over GBP7m annual turnover whilst maintaining a family culture with their 30 employees- due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their team.

This exciting role will see you work closely with the senior Chemist within the department as you undertake a varied range of responsibilities including analytical testing, results management, quality and compliance, general lab work and continuous improvement in addition to cross functional collaboration between departments. You will work closely with other departments and have the opportunity to develop future techniques within the business.

This varied role would suit a Project Chemist from a bespoke lab background looking for a varied role where you won't just be based in the lab but also undertake a range of other responsibilities within a specialist manufacturer who pride themselves on valuing their employees and offering a sustainable future for staff.

The Role:

• Process and New product development
• Analytical Testing and Trials
• Varied day-to-day work- lab and external basis
• Work with Senior Engineer in department
• Monday-Friday 07:30am-4:30pm

The Person:

• Project Chemist or similar
• Lab / Bespoke project experience
• Commutable to Yeovil
