Job Title: Temporary Project Coordinator (LSIF - Local Skills Improvement Fund)
Location: Stoke on Trent
Duration: Temporary, ASAP Start
Hours: Negotiable
Rates: Negotiable
Are you a proactive and organized individual with a passion for driving local skills improvement initiatives? We have an urgent requirement for a Temporary Project Coordinator to support the implementation of the Local Skills Improvement Fund (LSIF) in Stoke on Trent.

Responsibilities:
As a Temporary Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risk.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns.
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables and adherence to LSIF guidance and standards.
  • Conduct project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Evidence a collaborative and positive team approach
  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you musthave:
  • Previous experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with skills improvement programs is an advantage.
  • An enhanced DBS dated within the last 3 months or on the update service.
