Project Coordinator

Role: Project Coordinator
Division: Global Tax Services
Pay: £125 to £146 per day + Holiday pay (Equivalent to £32,000 to £38,000 per annum)
Start: Immediate
Location: London - Hybrid working with 1 to 2 days in the office and the rest from home (Can be flexible)
Expected duration: 9 Months (With a possibility of extending)
Our client is one of the world's largest tech companies. Their global tax services audit team is looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day project activities such as: meeting minutes, documentation, plans, reports, directing tasks and controlling the schedule, maintenance of project databases, metrics etc.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years project management experience as well as immaculate communication skills, with an ability to prioritise work tasks, and deliver work with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing team projects/tasks; track deadlines, ensure deadlines are maintained
• Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones
• Monitors and reports on the progress of all project activity within the project including significant milestones
• Taking meeting minutes
• Weekly update/report to the team on open items, deadline

Basic Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management experience
• Experience in writing meeting minutes
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritise within a fast-paced environment
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations
• Effective time management and organisation skills
• Demonstrated ability to establish processes, workflows, standard procedures
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, or any project management tool
