Project Coordinator - Global brand, responsible for shaping innovative projects. Occasional days required in the London HQ, initial 9 month PAYE contract.
Project Coordinator
Opportunity to join a global brand as a Project Coordinator and be at the forefront of shaping innovative projects. Contributing to building new processes, setting new standards and developing efficient ways of working.
- Oversee team projects, track deadlines and ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project schedules aligned with critical milestones.
- Report on project activities and keeping the key stakeholders informed.
- Capture discussions accurately with concise meeting minutes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in a project coordination role
- Proficient in writing meeting minutes
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to work independently with effective time management skills
- Ability to establish processes and workflows
