What You'll Do:

• Check if project plans and materials match what's needed.
• Put together risk assessments, method statements, and drawings.
• Work with teammates for project execution.
• Handle changes in contracts and keep an eye on costs.
• Make sure projects are done on time, meeting quality and safety rules.
• Team up with clients on Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) needs.
• Join customer meetings and solve daily project issues.
• Share expertise, flag tricky tech problems, and suggest improvements.
• Handle admin tasks for project setup.
• Keep info systems organised for projects.
• Talk regularly with customers and teammates.
• Keep track of project progress and manage schedules.
• Follow company rules and quality standards.
• Write and update Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Focus on health and safety through training and communication.
• Build good relationships across the company.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer-focused with international project experience.
• Ready to take the lead, good at organising, and flexible.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable to working internationally.
• Gets things done and communicates well.

Qualifications:

• Project management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong in planning, communication, and commercial skills.
• Knows their way around ERP systems.
• Background in mechanical/electronics engineering is a plus.
• Must have a full, clean, valid driving license for UK travel.
