Working within the Glasgow district team you will report into the Head of Delivery and will be responsible for delivering the safe provision of some of the following specific activities with strict adherence to the appropriate regulatory and license obligations for the electricity distribution network Customer Projects, Operations & Maintenance, Investment Projects.
What you'll be doing
You will deliver district business plan outputs in line with financial, regulatory and business plan objectives whilst optimising return through incentive mechanisms. Through active customer and stakeholder engagement, support delivery of robust communication activities to facilitate the delivery of project plans and deliverables affecting local communities, customers and stakeholders.
This will involve delivering robust project plans to facilitate business deliverables in line with district and licence plans which are devised to minimise outages to customers and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of performance targets as appropriate.
What you'll bring
You will have you worked in a Programme/Project Coordinator role and have demonstratable experience of effectively delivering projects and/or initiatives.
You will have knowledge of the regulatory environment including relevant output and incentive mechanisms.
You will possess general contract, commercial and regulatory awareness with the ability to balance effective and efficient customer service and project delivery, ensuring maximum return on investment, as well as effective stakeholder and customer service engagement and management experience.
To be successful, you will have:
Either a crafts qualification, apprenticeship, S/NVQ, or equivalent experience
Experience in a project delivery role
Relevant network construction and operational experience
Computer literacy
