Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Coordinating all new client implementation projects along with managing Change Requests and other Ad Hoc Projects as/when required.
- Be the client point of contact from post-sale to fully implemented and operational.
- Ensure all project timelines are achieved.
- Act as the conduit between the client and all internal teams through the implementation phase.
- Hold weekly meetings to ensure all internal teams are kept up to date with project progress.
- Manage ad-hoc project requests from existing or new clients.
- Ensure customer success.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Strong MS Office skills, and proficiency in CRM or Project Management tools or software.
- Relevant experience gained in a SaaS company.
- Experienced within the software implementation process.
