We are recruiting for a Temp to PermProject Data Admin for a company based in Portslade. The main duty of this role will be for you to perform data reviews and migration of documentation onto client databases. You must be available to start immediately.
This is a full-time position, and the hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm. This role will offer you a salary of £11.44ph, with weekly pay. Hybrid working available after training with 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.
Duties will include:
* Verify contact details and check all data is updated correctly
* Efficient and accurate data entry
* Understanding multiple geographical documents to determine data migration source and implement onto client database
* Following guidelines for each client to enter data accurately into the system
* Prioritising daily workload to ensure all client SLA's are met
* Ad hoc duties when required
You must be able to establish and maintain relationships with contacts and team members. You will need to be a professional and friendly individual with good communication and technical skills to be considered.
