Job Title: Project Delivery Engineer
Location: Greenwich, London
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000
Job Purpose: We are seeking a Project Delivery Engineer to join our expanding Project Delivery Team. This team is responsible for delivering business and digital transformation projects for clients, as well as supporting the onboarding of new clients.
In this role, you will collaborate with Technical and Service Management leads, delivering projects across Microsoft 365 and Azure, and assisting the Service Desk with support escalations for managed customers. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in both Microsoft Cloud and on-premises environments, who is eager to further develop their skills in new and less familiar technologies.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the delivery of technical projects across Microsoft 365 and Azure
* Act as an escalation point for support issues across a broad range of technologies
* Collaborate with Cloud Ops and Cloud Services leads to identify and improve new/existing service offerings
* Stay up-to-date with Microsoft offerings, products, and certifications
Required Experience:
* Microsoft 365 Administration
* Server builds and on-premises administration (AD-DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
* Exchange Online Administration
* Microsoft Azure Administration
* Proficiency in Windows 10 Operating Systems
* IT Support services track record
* SharePoint Online Administration
* Time Management
* Client Stakeholder management
* Basic Networking Skills (Meraki and Ubiquiti)
* Intune Deployments
* Microsoft Defender Deployments
* Project Delivery
* Exchange Migrations
* SharePoint Migrations
* Experience working for a Managed Service Provider
Desirable:
* Experience working for a Managed Service Provider
* Microsoft Certified Associate (AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-101, SC-200)
* Microsoft Sentinel
* Backup Technologies (Acronis)
* Installation of Firewalls (Meraki, Ubiquiti, Cisco)
