As a Project Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects valued between £1m and £25m. You will drive operational efficiencies to implement multimillion-pound schemes under the Green Funding Solutions banner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects ranging from £1m to £25m, enhancing operational efficiencies to achieve successful outcomes.
- Manage and influence contractors at an operational level, conducting weekly performance reviews and meeting specific objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operational interactions with clients, including local authorities and social housing providers.
- Ensure adherence to agreed processes and governance throughout the development and delivery of commercial projects.
- Meet key reporting requirements for clients and funding providers.
- Act as a role model within the B2C team, promoting good governance, regulatory compliance, and a strong team ethic. Maintain high standards for Health, Safety, and Environmental operations in both office and site environments.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Commercial Manager to ensure commercial outcomes are met and maximize learning opportunities.
- Balance cost, learning, and responsiveness in the design and delivery of market tests, adapting new approaches as necessary.
- Responsible for the line management of a team of project coordinators and their development
What we need from you
- Demonstrable track record of managing internal and external customer relationships at an operational level in a competitive environment, including delivering against timescales and business performance requirements
- Clear ability to manage change and develop flexible strategy to deliver targets
- Commercial acumen with operational experience in practical delivery
- Working knowledge of the UK Energy Efficiency marketplace
- Proven experience in working with 3rd party partners such as Local Authorities and Social Housing providers
- Ideally experience of commercial management across a broad portfolio of customers/products/services/transactions
- Experience in managing a portfolio of projects whilst balancing multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
