Project Development Assistant - Solar and Battery Storage
Bristol - Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 Dependent on experience.
Piper Maddox are working with one of the top global developers of renewable energy to help build out their UK operations. They are looking to add to their land team - expanding their in-house project origination capabilities.
With a stable financial backing and a strong project pipeline of utility scale solar and battery storage, this company prides itself on working in harmony with local communities and priorities environmental conservation throughout their projects.
Your role as a Project Development Assistant would include:
> Sourcing suitable land for renewable energy development projects.
> Engaging with and developing strong relationships with landowners throughout project
lifecycles.
> Playing a crucial role in the commercial negotiations related to land acquisition (heads
of terms, option lease agreements, access easements etc.)
> Supporting the wider development team on matters relating to land issues.
