We are seeking a talented and visionary individual to join our team as a Project Director
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and oversee the design and build commercial office fit-out projects ensuring their successful delivery from inception to completion.
- Manage a team of project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, develop design strategies, and deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies, monitoring progress and implementing effective risk management and mitigation measures.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
- Provide strategic leadership, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the Interior Division.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Project Director in the Design and Build sector, specifically in commercial office fit-outs.
- Strong background in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Extensive knowledge of the construction industry, including design coordination, procurement, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify business opportunities and drive strategic growth.
- Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field would be advantageous.
