Project Engineer
Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire (with occasional travel to other First Milk locations to support larger investment projects for periods of time)

The Role
As a Project Engineer, you will lead and manage capital investment and process-related change projects.
Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, you’ll develop comprehensive plans, objectives and timelines, ensuring the successful execution of projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll allocate resources and co-ordinate team members and contractors, monitoring and addressing issues and risks and developing mitigation plans.
Additionally, you will:
- Stay abreast of health, safety and environmental regulations and their impact on project delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders including regulatory bodies, community & industry groups, key suppliers and customers
About You
To be considered as a Project Engineer, you will need:
- To be a qualified chemical engineer with food or dairy experience or an experienced electrical / instrumentation engineer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An IOSH managing safety certification or equivalent
