AddressJob - Site Lead/ Project Engineer

We are currently seeking a Site Lead/Project Manager to join our client, an e-commerce giant! You will focus on delivery stations and greenfield launches, responsible for overseeing the installation of their new equipment, and ensuring efficiency throughout their delivery stations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Field verification of drawings and identifying interferences with existing/new equipment
- Raise MCMs for different project phases, and address concerns, if any, from different approver groups, prior to the start of works onsite.
- Set up and manage daily calls with vendors, Ops, WHS, and RME. Provide daily report summary to UK Project Managers
- Site visits to verify project progress and gather stakeholder/customer feedback. Proactively address any concerns during these site visits. Escalate to UK PM as needed.
- Manage any ordered materials (signage, racking, SBL) to be received onsite, inventory, and identify any gaps. Coordinate with Ops/RME to transport materials and provide labour for the material movement and installation.
- Coordinate with IT, obtain IDF keys, and monitor IDF cabinets during data cable terminations. Validate cable installation and functionality with IT.
- Supporting UK Project Managers during site acceptance tests (4-5d continuous onsite presence)
- Obtain all documentation from vendor, and validate list against vendor deliverables. Validate basic document content (for ex. Declaration of conformity signed, correct DS name, etc.)
- Transfer all documentation to the appropriate storage location (MyMHE+, automation software storage drive, etc.)
Skills and Experience
- Working experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or equivalent
- Working experience as Project Manager of medium-complex projects
- Proficiency in tools: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel
