Partner with the bestAs Project Engineering Manager you shall own the project control activity globally and drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for projects implementation. Activities that are conducted to better understand or ultimately meet the expectations of the customer. Part of Department executing simple analysis, test and support work. As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:Lead and develop a team of Project Engineering Managers and Operational engineers.Develop templates to structure project planning.Serving as the technical leader/manager to develop a scope of work.Planning schedule and monitoring engineering activities for customer projects.Providing technical leadership and interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners, Customers, Baker Hughes Product Engineering, Sourcing, Engineering sub-contractors.Planning differing activities on the basis of a predefined year plan.Executing analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological development in teams under supervision.Providing technical information and support to clients and colleagues out of other functions.Playing a supportive role in knowledge management gathering data and storing them in a system.Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have considerable experience in Project Engineering or Management, and ideally possess and engineering/Technology degreeBe confident in joining and established team and taking the reins to drive improvements and performanceHave experience of Leading a Project Management/Project Engineering Team.Have experience with technology development programs, knowledge on Subsea and/or Electrical Connectors is an advantage.Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
