About The Role
We are looking for a customer focused project manager to support a number of exciting and challenging growth projects.
This role will require someone with good attention to detail, who is willing to engage stakeholders at all levels to move the projects forward; teamwork will be critical. Although traditional project management qualifications are not required, proven success of delivering projects within the retail space is required.
What the day to day will look like:
- Supporting the leadership team in the implementation of a number of customer focused projects
- Managing actions to completion, mitigating risks and resolving issues
- Using innovation, both on current projects, while developing new and exciting prospects to move the business forward
- Supporting the wider online team with business as usual activities, from day to day admin to other high profile projects
- Taking and actioning feedback from key stakeholders (customers, colleagues, suppliers), both quantitative and qualitative

About You
You’ll need skills and experience like this to be a success:
- Comfortable managing large projects and landing the benefits (customer experience or growth)
- Experience within retail or a similar fast paced industry
- Willing to “roll sleeves up” to support the wider business
- Proven ability of innovating to solve complex problems
- Proven background of listening to feedback, responding to feedback and actioning real change
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Project management skills
