As a Project Engineer at WB Power Services, you will play a key role in driving engineering excellence, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. The Role

· Supporting and delivering the full service of generator installations for new clients.

· Working away from home Monday to Friday (depending on the project's location).

· Track design changes and control of bill of Materials (BoM).

· Collaborate with the Projects team to create designs meeting high specifications.

· Capture and specify requirements and produce technical plans.

· Attend scheduled meetings with the Project manager for updates.

· Liaise and communicate with customers, suppliers, and service providers.

· Keep abreast of current and developing engineering trends.

· Adhering to the company's H&S, environmental, and quality management systems.

· Accurate recording keeping using the company’s bespoke management system.

· Working closely internally, to ensure jobs are within budget and on time.

The Person

· Time served as Mechanical/Electrical engineer or qualified to NVQ level 3.

· Experience in generators is highly advantageous but not essential.

· An understanding of design programmes (CAD or equivalent).

· Be able to understand and complete risk assessments.

· Able to work away from home Monday and Friday.

· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfortable with communicating via telephone and face-to-face.

· The capability to deal with a variety of customers from different industries.
