About IEG
Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.
- Responsible for Project Management and communication with external partners, accurately conveying the internal needs of the project team to the external partners and finding suitable teams to meet these needs.
- Assist the development team in utilizing external resources to quickly complete project requirements.
- Manage project progress with a strong sense of time management.
- Plan project development processes, resource estimation, communication mechanisms, and documentation standards to help save communication costs.
- Assess project risk points, communicate with the team in advance, and drive the team to propose solutions.
Requirements:
- Can dedicate to the internship for 32-40 hours per week.
- Basic experience and understandings of Project Management in academic or business environment; Experience in a game development project is a plus.
- Proficiency in Japanese AND English; Chinese skills is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passionate about gaming, with rich experience in Anime style games is preferred.
