Insights is a Learning and Development company with Product and Innovation at our heart. Our purpose is to create a world where people truly understand themselves and others and are inspired to make a positive difference in everything that they do.
Our preference-based learning solutions have impacted millions of lives worldwide and our product portfolio helps our customers to positively transform their people, their teams, and their whole organisations.
What’s the role?
Insights has taken the bold decision to bring in-house all activity relating to the configuration and customisation of Dynamics365 (CE and F&SCM). To support this, three squads have been created within the Improvement & Innovation hub that sits within the Enterprise Technology and Security Department.
To help co-ordinate the squad’s activities, and to support the creation and maintenance of a release roadmap, a Project Manager is now sought to join the team on a 12-month Fixed Term basis.
A key part of this role is being the conduit between projects and programmes across the business and the squads that will deliver improvements and enhancement to our process and Dynamics365 ecosystem.
What are we looking for?
Project management expertise leading complex technology projects, preferably related to Dynamics 365, or other CRM/ERP, for the whole change lifecycle, demonstrating flexibility of approach appropriate to the level of project complexity.
Pragmatic, proactive and willing to define and drive project deliverables where required.
Highly adaptable and flexible to changing business priorities.
Experience of using Azure DevOps for managing squads.
Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks and issues.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, especially SCRUM, and experience applying them in project management.
