Project Manager

Service Care Solutions are supporting our established client to recruit an experience Project Manageron a Permanent basis. Our client are a forward thinking organisation specialising in the development and promotion of innovative and eco-friendly products and solutions. They specialise across several key industries including Pharma, Chemicals and Food working with an array of exciting commercial clients throughout the globe including the likes of Disney, NHS, Amazon and Nestle.
The successful candidate will work across various key projects as well as planning and development of future products and projects. They will be involved in the launch of new product lines whilst identifying new routes to market. Increasing export opportunities and further developing the business will form part of this exciting opportunity.
Job Purpose: Project Manager
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum + £250 SCS Sign-Up Bonus
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid Working available)
Contract: Full-time | 37.5 Hours
Key Responsibilities:

• Outlining and defining specific objectives and goals expected from a project.
• Develop and communicate the plans of projects effectively.
• Ensuring deadlines are met - work closely with the different departments to make sure no setbacks or difficulties arise. Troubleshooting skills are essential to rectify any problems.
• Monitoring and providing direction - Task prioritisation. Balance the needs against the available resources and the project deadline.
• Coordinating efforts across functions - Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations & Finance departments.
• Looking at the most effective approach to getting the desired results using the resources available, allocated appropriately.
• Identify customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product will fulfil.
• Articulate what success looks like for a product/business.
• Encourage the team to turn that vision into reality.
• Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
• Responsible for helping to drive business growth in the company.

Essential

• Previous in a similar role
• Previous experience bringing a product to market
• Evidence experience developing a business
