Salary2 Project Managers Required - (Housing/New Build)
Achieve the target contributions by managing the contracts in accordance with the contract documents and programme. Responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality, whilst exceeding client expectations and maximising profit for Keepmoat Limited. To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy and ensure all employees reporting to you do the same and being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are upheld to the highest of standards at all times.
The role is for 2 Project Managers to look after 1 site each.
Location 1 - Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, North East England, NE5
Location 2 - Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, North East England, SR5
Working: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm
Starting: ASAP
Duration: 6-12 months
Rate: Up to £230per day (paye)
Main duties may include:
Undertake programming, from overall project programme to detailed task scheduling, from inception to operation.
Provide change control procedure to maximum added value and minimise disruption to the project.
Provide structured approach to project planning to include health and safety, execution methods and quality.
Manage, train and develop all reporting staff.
Identify critical success factors and KPI’s and feed back into monitoring and reporting systems.
Provide project direction, focus and consistency across the project.
Supervision of the Site Manager, including the following areas;
Health and Safety Issues
Be responsible for site safety
Ensure HSE requirements are met
Quality Control
Resource allocation and control (in liaison with the Quantity Surveyor)
Liaison with the client and contract administrator on both a formal and informal basis
Ensure compliance and planning supervisor requirements.
Qualifications
in date SMSTS/ IOSH Managing Safely training.
Scaffold Inspection Awareness
Asbestos awareness
Managers or PQP CSCS Card
