The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate significant project management experience, as well as having excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage others.
Qualification in project management or degree level or a proven track record in programme management will be required for this role.
Main Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the regional managers to develop successful applications for external funding for growth, including the development and writing of project plans.
- Plan and design the programme outputs inline with the nationals frameworks
- Ensure the proactive day-to-day stakeholder engagement, building on positive feedback and identifying any barriers/resistance to change and taking forward mechanisms to disenable such barriers/resistance.
The ideal candidate will be
- Educated to degree level or qualification in project management.
- Demonstrate significant project management experience.
- Experience of enabling organisational change through programme management and embedding these changes firmly in an organisation.
