Role Details
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Regent's Tech & Transformation team.
The Regent's Tech & Transformation team lead, develop and embed technology, infrastructure and transformation across the University to deliver our strategic objectives along with a range of business improvement projects. Salesforce implementation is part of Regent's Technology Roadmap Programme which comes under the Regent's Strategic Plan 2021-2025.
You will be responsible for the project management, planning and delivery functions across a range of strategic and institutional-wide projects, including complex CRM implementation at Regent's. This is a cross-functional project that involves internal and external teams and an external supplier.
To be successful, you will have a background in managing cross-functional projects, ideally within an international setting, managing both internal and external stakeholders, as well as experience of coordinating projects and comprehensive knowledge of project principles, techniques and tools. You will ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and within scope. You should have advanced IT skills within MSOffice, excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own work effectively. Previous experience in managing a move from one internal system to another, including understating of CRM systems is important for this role.
You can speak to your experiences in being highly diplomatic, persuasive and credible to a wide variety of stakeholders, complemented by your excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Interviews will likely be held on Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th March. This will be a two stage process.
